We handle everything - from venue selection, stationery selection, design concept and vendor selection, to booking transportation. Every single element of your big day is planned and coordinated by us! 

You do more of the decision making and leg work for each element, but we give advice leading up to the big day, we create a detailed wedding day timeline, we coordinate with vendors in the month leading up to your event, and we run the entire show the day-of.

We’ll spend the month leading up to your big day coordinating all the details you’ve already planned. We then help run the day-of to ensure a seamless event. We also create a detailed wedding day timeline and share it with your vendors.

We’ll come a few hour prior to the cocktail hour and help set-up your items - things like card box, signage, seating cards! There are a few limitations to things we can set-up, for example, we can only go on a step ladder, we can't create floral arrangements at the venue for you... Think items that can be taken from a box and set on a table. We'd love to jump on a call to chat more about this package if it seems like something you could use for your wedding day.
